This is an excellent post from an excellent blog. I just checked out Tim Ferris’ blog after watching his talk over at TED.com. His talk is neat but not nearly as neat as his blog and Twitter account.

I personally agree that short, hard workouts work best and that the olympic lifts are the way to go and have for years. Too bad I don’t actually work out very often . . .hardly at all actually.

Art DeVany’s Evolutionary Fitness wouldn’t agree with the prescripted routine but it would agree with the use of compound movements etc.

This routine makes getting strong pretty straightforward and efficient.
